Who we are
PriceHand is a business operated by Isaiah Funchess. In this policy, "PriceHand," "we," and "us" mean that business.
What this covers
This policy covers the PriceHand website, demo requests, our sales outreach, and account details for the PriceHand app at app.pricehand.com.
The pricing, cost, and quote data customers put into the app is covered by our Terms & Conditions and each customer's Order Form, not this page. For an overview, see Security.
Demo requests
When you request a demo, we collect what you type into the form:
- First and last name
- Company
- Work email
- Phone number
- An RFQ file, if you choose to attach one
We use these details to schedule and run your demo, and to follow up with you about PriceHand.
If you attach an RFQ, we use it only to prepare and run your demo. Attach only what you are allowed to share.
How we use AI
PriceHand uses Claude, an AI model from Anthropic, to read RFQs and draft quotes. If you attach an RFQ for your demo, its contents are sent to Anthropic to process it. We do not use your RFQ for anything beyond your demo.
Sales outreach
We may contact people at distributors who did not reach out to us first. To do that, we get business contact details from B2B data providers, such as Apollo, and from public sources such as company websites.
These details are limited to work information: name, job title, company, work email, work phone, and public professional profiles. We use them only to contact you about PriceHand.
To stop hearing from us, reply "unsubscribe" to any email or write to isaiah@pricehand.com. We will stop contacting you and keep only what we need to make sure you are not contacted again.
The PriceHand app
If your company uses PriceHand, we collect the account details needed to run your login: your name, work email, password (stored in protected form), and sign-in activity. We use them to give you access, keep your account secure, and support you.
The app may use cookies that keep you signed in.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run PriceHand, and they handle these details only on our behalf:
- Netlify, which hosts this website and receives demo requests
- Render, which hosts the PriceHand app
- Anthropic, which provides the AI model
- Salesforce, where we keep contact and sales records
- Apollo, our source of business contact data
- Zoom, for demo calls
- Contentsquare, which measures how visitors use this website
We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses Contentsquare to understand how visitors use it, such as pages viewed, clicks, and scrolling. Contentsquare sets cookies and similar technologies to do this.
This website does not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests and outreach records while we are in contact with you, and app account details for as long as your company uses PriceHand. Ask us to delete your details and we will, except for what we need to keep you off our contact list.
